Together with social media platform providers, we act as a Joint Controller for the processing of personal data that is retained by the social media platform providers to which we have access. What personal data we process?

We collect personal data when you access or use our Website or interact with our social media pages or advertisements. Depending on the Service you use, we collect the following personal data from you:

Website visitors’ data

When you visit our Website, we may collect and retain your IP address for purposes including but not limited to providing our Website, maintaining our Services, and recording your preferences to personalise and improve your experience. Account registration data

Purchase data


When you make any purchases through the Website, such as when you register for an online course, buy a curriculum vitae package or acquire online career advice, we process personal data, including your full name, email address, and billing address.

Please note that although you also provide your payment details when you make your purchase, all payment data is directly collected and processed by our party payment processor Stripe Inc in accordance with their own legal policies. We do not collect or store any payment data on our database. We use your purchase data to process your order, contact you regarding your order, and process any cancellations and refund requests.

Justification


Our legal basis for processing this personal data is the performance of our contract with you and compliance with our legal obligations. We may retain this personal data for up to seven years from the date of your last purchase.

Communication data


We process your personal data when we communicate with you through email or live chat on our Website.

  1. Email: When you contact us via email, we will process your email address and the content of your message to respond to your enquiry. If you are a user account holder, we will also process your username to send you relevant information on any system-related updates and other important notices about our Services. If you subscribe to receive marketing communication from us, we will process your name and email address to send you promotional offers, surveys and other direct communication anytime by clicking the unsubscribe button in the marketing emails. Please note that we may make use of third-party tools that assist us with optimising our email campaigns. Social media data


We collect information if you interact with us through our social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn or when you check our advertisements on the aforementioned social media pages while logged in to your social media account. The data that we may process includes your username, profile photo on that social media account, demographic data such as your age, and gender, professional data such as your qualifications, current job/position, data that is publicly published or shared through social media, information about your lifestyle, your interests, and data gained from your activity on our social media pages.

In addition to the above, we may collect some anonymised statistical data relating to your visits to our social media pages. Please note that in certain circumstances, your personal data may also be processed if you are not logged in to your social media account. The data may be collected through cookies stored on your device or by collecting your IP address.

Your social media data is processed for the following purposes: promoting the Company and its products/services, responding to any communication you send us through our social media pages, optimising the content of our social media pages, creating user profiles and sending interest-based advertisements relating to the Company and its products/services to you, to see how our advertisement campaigns are performing and for statistical analysis and market research purposes.

Our legal basis for processing anonymous usage data collected through Google Analytics is our legitimate interest in improving our Website and promoting our products/services efficiently.

3. Google Ads and Google Ads Conversion Tracking: We use the Google Conversion Tracking service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Conversion Tracking enables us to detect the steps followed by a user after they click on our advertisements. If you come to our Website via a Google Ad, a Cookie is stored on your computer by Google Ads. This data is used to generate conversion statistics for Google Ads, and we can see how many users were redirected to our Website by clicking on our Google Ads. Retention of personal data

Change of ownership

We may issue a credit in certain instances (Max. 50% from the requested amount). Please contact us if you have any issues and we'll do our best to make sure you are satisfied.
